If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you may return it for a product refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom-made products are exempt from this guarantee and are non-refundable. However, such products hold a 1-year Manufacturer Warranty. Wear and tare are not covered under this warranty. A copy of the original receipt must accompany the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaged condition and without damage. Shipping fees are not refundable.
